B. Automatically Collected Information

Automatically collected information may include:

• Interaction and session replay data collected through analytics tools such as PostHog

C. Session Replay and Usage Recording

We use analytics tools such as PostHog to help us understand how users interact with the App. These tools may record user sessions, including:

• Screen interactions
• Navigation behavior
• Button clicks and scrolling
• App performance events

These recordings help us diagnose bugs, improve usability, and enhance the user experience.

Session replay recordings do not include access to your private video content and are used solely for product improvement and debugging.

D. Payment Information

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment details.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Provide AI analysis and feedback
• Store and retrieve your uploaded videos
• Manage subscriptions
• Improve app performance and stability

We do NOT:

• Use your videos to train AI models
• Share your videos publicly

3. AI PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

ServeBot uses artificial intelligence tools, including models provided by:

• OpenAI
• Google Gemini

Your uploaded videos and related data may be processed by these providers solely to deliver analysis and feedback to you.

ServeBot does not authorize these providers to use your content to train their models.

4. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION

• Videos are stored while your account remains active.
• Upon account deletion request, all videos and associated personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
• We retain limited billing and legal compliance records as required by law.

5. DATA SHARING

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Services, including:

• Cloud hosting providers
• AI processing providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini)
• Analytics and product improvement providers (such as PostHog)
• Security and infrastructure providers
• Legal authorities if required by law

These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate data protection obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share your videos except as necessary to provide the Services.

6. ANALYTICS AND PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT

We use third-party analytics tools such as PostHog to understand how users interact with the App. These tools may collect technical usage data and session replay recordings to help us identify bugs, analyze feature usage, and improve the overall experience.

PostHog may store and process this data on our behalf.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ServeBot does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. APP STORE DISCLOSURE

ServeBot is responsible for your personal data—not Apple or Google.

Apple and Google are not responsible for the privacy practices of ServeBot.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
